Patient-Centered Physiatry Program in Fremont

Our rehabilitation program for amputees at Washington Township Medical Foundation focuses on the patient, putting him / her first and foremost and ensuring that their needs are met. We focus on a comprehensive continuum of care. Our treatment plans are individualized to the needs of our patients. Our prosthetic program focuses on ensuring a proper prosthetic fitting, encouraging and supporting the healing process, and increasing strength, mobility, and range of motion.
