About Arazue Moghtaderizadeh

Arazue Moghtaderizadeh, PA-C, is a state certified and licensed Physician Assistant in Neurosurgery with a Bachelor of Science degree at University of California, San Diego. Furthermore, Arazue has dual-Masters degrees of both Public Health and Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University, California with the honor of being the Valedictorian for the Class of 2022 at Touro University’s Joint PA/MPH Program. Now, she practices here with us at Washington Hospital as one of our indispensable physician assistants.

For Arazue, neuro has always been a field of interest ever since started her undergraduate education at UC San Diego. She was first enamored by the field of cognitive science and was further impressed upon by courses that she took specializing in neuroscience – the pursuit of surgery came later. After working in dermatology, ENT and vascular medicine, she thoroughly enjoyed the technicality of procedural medicine; working in neurosurgery was a logical fit to combine the two professional passions.

Arazue is further bolstered with her extensive experience in her previous roles as: Lead Medical Assistant in Poway, CA; Surgical Technologist and Medical Assistant in Danville, CA; as well as Peer Tutor and Faculty Fellow in Vallejo, CA. Supported by this background, she enjoys giving back to her local Bay Area Community with her skills and expertise.

In her free time, Arazue, a Bay Area native, enjoys spending time cheering on the Golden State Warriors, hiking the Berkeley Hills and exploring all the diverse cultural foods that the Bay Area has to offer.
