Fremont Pediatrician Services
Dedicated to Being Leaders in Pediatric Care
You trust your pediatrician with the care of your child, so it is important
to choose the right doctor. Our pediatrics team at Washington Township
Medical Foundation includes three pediatricians, who provide primary care
for patients age 18 and under. We believe in providing the most excellent
care to the children in our community.
Preventative Care – Schedule a preventative care visit for your child.
Vaccinations – Is your child up to date on his / her immunizations? Your pediatrician
can answer your questions about your child’s vaccination schedule.
Circumcision – Circumcision involves the surgical removal of a foreskin. If you
decide to have circumcision performed, ask your doctor if your baby boy
is healthy, stable, and able to undergo the procedure.
Frenoctomy – A frenectomy is often referred to as a “tongue-tie procedure”
and involves the removal of a frenum in the mouth. A frenum is an attachment
between tissues, made of muscle. The mouth contains two frena, and in
some situations these attachments can cause particular complications such
as speech difficulties or difficulty swallowing.
Well-Child Checks – Regular checkups are an important part of your child’s healthy
plan. Schedule a well-child check with your pediatrician at Washington
Township Medical Foundation.
Travel Immunizations – Your child may need special immunizations before traveling. Speak
with your doctor about recommendations for travel vaccinations and other
precautions to take.
Back-to-School Physicals – Schedule a back-to-school visit with your child’s pediatrician.
This physical exam ensures that your child is on track physically for
the new school year.
Sports Physicals – Is your child well enough to play an organized sport? Athletic
endeavors can be a very healthy and beneficial part of a child’s
life. Schedule a sports physical with your pediatrician to ensure that
your child is in good health.
Newborn Care – Your child’s doctor provides care from the time they are
born, ensuring he / she is in good health and is safe and well.
